Kids Coaching Services
I offer both individual and group services for youth strength, performance and fitness. Some benefits of training include:
- Education around building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as nutrition and training specifics around optimizing performance
- Learning to correctly and safely execute the fundamental movement patterns of strength training: Bend, Squat, Lunge, Pull, Push, Carry
- Increased strength that translates to greater physicality, power and explosiveness on the field/court
- Enhanced agility and quickness through skills and drills
- Time to be physical and have fun in and of itself, including for kids who aren't involved in organized sports
