Body Composition Testing
I offer mobile body fat testing to your door. This can be for individuals, couples or large groups. I use an InBody Bio Impedance machine for a 30 sec, very accurate test of composition.The information gleaned from this analysis is far superior/more useful than your actual body weight and essential if leaning and or lean mass gains are a priority. You will receive a detailed printout at the conclusion of your test which I'll thoroughly explain, help you interpret and can make recommendations based upon.
